Justin L. Scott Esq., partner attorney of Rothamel Bratton, LLC, focuses exclusively in the areas of elder law, life care planning, estate planning, asset protection and estate administration.

Mr. Scott counsels clients with regard to long term care planning, wills and trusts, asset preservation, Medicaid qualification and probate. Prior to joining Rothamel Bratton Attorneys, Mr. Scott gained several years of invaluable experience in estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and life care planning as a respected attorney for an elder law firm here in South Jersey. Before moving to New Jersey, he began his estate planning, complex high-net worth estate planning, and elder law career clerking for a Washington, D.C. area law firm.

Mr. Scott is the 2016 Avvo award recipient of the “Client Choice Award” and is a frequent speaker on various estate planning and elder law topics.

When not servicing clients, Mr. Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha, traveling, attending Broadway shows and Philadelphia sporting events, and playing golf.
