Rothamel Bratton Welcomes New Elder Care Coordinator, Lauren Jochym, MSW, LSW
Rothamel Bratton Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce our newest team member, Lauren Jochym, MSW, LSW, as elder care coordinator. Ms. Jochym comes to Rothamel Bratton with significant experience in the senior community. She is passionate about ensuring the highest quality of life for older residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, believing wholeheartedly that life care planning is an essential part of preparing for the future.
As part of the Rothamel Bratton Life Care Planning team, Ms. Jochym will work closely with assisting clients with care coordination, making decisions about their future, and serving as their advocate as they navigate the long term care system.
“Her calm and organized manner immediately makes clients feel at ease,” remarked Director of Care Coordination, Anne Markel-Crozier. “She will be the calm they so often need without sacrificing strong advocacy.”
Ms. Jochym brings a considerable amount of experience to the firm.
Prior to joining the Rothamel Bratton team, Ms. Jochym served in many different facets of healthcare, including dialysis, rehabilitation, in-home care support, behavioral healthcare, and one-on-one therapy services.
During her career, Ms. Jochym has gained extensive experience in providing guidance, assessment, support, and education to her clients and their families through consumer advocacy, conducting home assessments, facilitating care plan conferences, direct clinical services, and crisis intervention.
Ms. Jochym is a graduate of Rutgers University, Camden, NJ, where she received her Master of Social Work. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.
